This FHLBank Atlanta AHP Income Limits Calculator (this "Tool") is intended only to assist FHLBank Atlanta members and associated third parties (e.g. Project Sponsors, Project Owners, and intermediaries in the AHP Set-aside or AHP Competitive Program) in calculating whether a specific household's income exceeds 80 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI) in a given jurisdiction, using FHLBank Atlanta's approved calculation methodologies, for application in connection with FHLBank Atlanta's Affordable Housing Program (AHP). The Tool does not replace FHLBank Atlanta's AHP Implementation Plan and income calculation by the AHPOnline system for AHP Competitive Program applications, or FHLBAsap® with respect to AHP Set-aside Program applications. In the event there is any inconsistency between the Tool's results and the calculation performed by the AHPOnline or FHLBAsap® systems, the calculation performed by the system shall control and be the final determination of income eligibility.
The Tool has been created by FHLBank Atlanta in part from third-party data that FHLBank Atlanta believes to be accurate and reliable. However, such data is subject to change, and FHLBank Atlanta undertakes no obligation to update or keep current the information, applications, or results contained or generated herein.
